When will my tickets arrive?

If you booked direct on Sound Travel, e-tickets will be available no later than 72 hours before the event takes place. We will email you to let you know these are ready to download. 

If you booked with a partner website, such as Ticketmaster, details of ticket delivery will be available to view in your account area on their site.
