Do I need to pay a City Tax at my hotel? 

Glasgow 
Glasgow currently do not charge a City Visitor tax, however, this may change in 2027.

Manchester:
A city-wide accommodation fee of £1 + 20% VAT per room, per night will apply to all bookings. This charge is set by Manchester City Council and will be payable directly to your hotel upon check-in. Do you need the rest of my parties names?
We only require the name of the lead guest, however if you have more than one room booked and will be checking in separately, submit a general request through our support site and we'll update the hotel in preparation for your arrival. You can submit your request here!

Can I book parking at the hotel?
Our partner hotels will have access to your booking details from 14 days prior to the check in date. If you would like to arrange parking please do so within 14 days of your check in date by contacting the hotel directly.

My friend transferred the tickets through Ticketmaster, why haven't I had any updates on the hotel yet? 
Sound Travel only receive the original booking names from the time of purchase, we do not get any further updates when you use the transfer option in the Ticketmaster app, or if you amend a name in your app on their site. We will accommodate these changes for you, you will need to ask the original booker to submit a request through our support site and we'll work quickly to resolve this. In some cases a £25 admin charge is applied to name changes. 

Planning your trip 
Ahead of your trip we would strongly recommend planning your routes to and from the venue prior to your event day and allow extra time.
Event days are normally extremely busy and we wouldn't want you to miss any of the incredible show.
