When will my tickets arrive?

Bundl uses several delivery methods depending on the event partners. We will contact you via email ahead of your event to confirm the delivery method with instructions to follow. 

Bundl tickets via Qflow

If you are told your tickets are being dispatched via Qflow, please ensure you check your spam folder, using your Bundl email address, as they may have gone there. These tickets need to be downloaded to your device and ensure you can access the PDF's without internet, to display on entry, you can forward these via email to your guests to each have a unique QR code. The email address to look out for is support@qflow.email.

Ticketmaster Delivery

If you are attending an outdoor event and advised your tickets are coming via Ticketmaster, you will be advised when these are ready to use. Please ensure you have a Ticketmaster UK account set up using the same email address used to make your Bundl. Please note, if you make a typo during the Bundl booking process, it is very important you address this with us immediately otherwise we cannot recall tickets that have been issued and you will need to attend the on site box office to collect new ones. 

Tips- 

Ensure you have the most up to date version of the Ticketmaster UK event , if you cannot see your event in the app, under upcoming events, please also visit the Ticketmaster.co.uk website, log in using your Bundl address, and view the tickets this way.

The App is only available to those currently in the UK, if you are outside of the UK, please visit Ticketmaster.co.uk and log in there, to view your upcoming events

Some tickets can be added to Apple/ Google wallets for easier entry

If you continue to experience issues attempting to use Ticketmaster tickets, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to your event, or visit the onsite box office and present Photo ID matching your Bundl booking name, advising you are on Bundls Ticketmaster list.

Box office collection

In very rare circumstances, an event organiser may ask that Bundl customers use the venue box office to collect their event tickets. In these instances, one member from every party, the lead booker, should attend the box office, usually located near the venue doors, with photo ID matching their order, to collect the tickets that will be printed under Bundl's customer list.
